Wow, a lot has changed since my last issue in December. What then was a dearth of VP roles in NYC has flipped in just a few months. There also continues to be a steady stream of Director-level CS roles, which I’ve been posting on Twitter
It feels like a very good time to be in the Customer Success space. Companies that have never prioritized service before are making it an area of focus, and startups are considering it a building block to add early on, versus a cost center to be forced into later.
