Thanks to everyone who sent me feedback after issue #1.  I’m happy to be sharing a new collection of jobs with you.
The landscape in NYC is interesting right now - there are very few true VP of Customer Success roles open, but a ton of Director-level opportunities.  I’ve shared the most compelling ones here.  I’ve also shared some non-traditional roles at interesting companies that I thought could be a good fit for a service professional.
Lastly, I’m going to be posting jobs between issues on Twitter.  There have been some good gigs that came and went since the last issue, and I don’t want you to miss out on them.

VP jobs still open since last time
This is still the best opening out there.  Feedback I’ve heard is that the interview loop is tough.  Great job supporting a really good product.

New VP openings
AdTheorent is a predictive advertising platform for mobile devices, and this role will lead the company’s three Directors and 15 Account Managers in the US.  The company raised $4 million in its Series A and also received a private equity investment in February 2017.

This one is a little niche because you have to be OK with big company life and be a call center guru, but it’s an interesting opportunity to influence the direction of a call center with 5,000+ agents.

This role has been open on and off over the past year and a half.  Glassdoor tells me that the agency may have some challenges, but I am fan of the company’s work.

Appear Here is based in the UK, and is a platform to book short-term retail space.  This role will lead their NYC teams and P&L.  The company has raised $20 million+ through its Series B financing and was named one of Europe’s hottest startups a few years ago.

I love, love, love what Culture Amp is doing.  Their survey platform is the leading product in the employee feedback space.  Although this is not an executive job, it’s a great opportunity to train and interact with customers.

Top director openings
I am super-excited about this role.  Segment is a great product to service, and the chance to lead the NYC office at the same time rounds this out as a great opportunity.  You don’t see these types of jobs very often.

Very cool tech company in the NoSQL space that went public in late 2017.  Seems like a great place to work and a good product to support.

Vox owns/publishes some of my favorite Web sites, including The Verge, Eater, Curbed and Polygon.  It’s a little unclear if the consolidation of blogs is over, but Vox definitely is leading the charge.
